I was hunting in Africa July 1st to the 11th. I
took four animals with my Bow.

I shot a Parker Phoenix 36 Bow my arrows are from Eastman outdoors the Carbon Express Maxima Hunter I also shot their Titanium
Tri-Loc 125gr Lighting broadhead . My release is from TRU Ball the 3D thumb pull. My sights are from Black Gold the Flash Point and my arrow rest is the Whisker Biscuit.

On the 1st day I got a Steenbok and it was getting dark and was unable to find it that night but found it first thing the next morning.

Three days later, due to a full moon, we stayed out through noon and packed a lunch. We had a Warthog come at 12:40 and I got it. We took pictures and decided to stay and see what else would show up.

About an hour later three Black Wildebeest came in and one was really big so I got ready and was able to get it and it only went 50 yards.

So we had a great day and took the rest of the day off to enjoy our success. On July 9th I was looking for my Impala but had not see one
since the first day when we passed up one hoping to get a bigger one.

While we were waiting a big Red Hartebeest came and my PH (Professional Hunter) said it would make the SCI Gold Record Book. I said lets take it so we did and what a set of horns it had!

I made a good shot on it and we found it about 45 yard away. The PH's said the three of my trophies will make the SCI Gold Record Book. I'm waiting on the Official Score after the dry.
