Dear Sirs I would like to thank you and your company for helping me with a small problem that I had with my Bow. I was having problems with my Bow breaking the cable at the cam. I have had to replace the cable and strings twice in the last year. The last time during the Deer archery season in Oct. The archery shop here in the town that I live in, said that they did not have any ideas on what to do except that I could try to put a lot of string wax on the cable to try to stop the cable from wearing as fast. I called your facility to see if there was anything that you could suggest, and the gentleman that I spoke with was very helpful told me where to send my Bow to have the cam changed. He was very helpful and polite and I would like to thank him and Parker Bows for taking care of this problem as quickly as you did. I had always shot Hoyt Bows until I bought my Parker, But will always use and recommend your bows to anyone that I hunt or shoot with. I am very pleased with you product and the service that I recieved. once more I'd like to say thank you. This is the best bow that I have used, and the best service I've had on any product.
