1st Place at the Wisconsin State 4H Invitational
(April 6, 2008) This past weekend, my 10 year old son Ben Hunter Taft won 1st place at the Wisconsin State 4H Invitational in the Junior Compound Bow Class with two aids. This was Ben's very first competition ever and his score of 222 out of a possible 300 held for the two day event. 4H archers from all over Wisconsin participated in the invitational at the Washington County Fair grounds. Obviously we are very proud of Ben and wanted to let you know how special this really was. Ben has been shooting for only a couple of months and received his Parker Buck Shot as a birthday present on Jan. 20 of 2008. He has already shot an unofficial score of 241 out of 300 in our basement shooting range. He loves his Buck Shot and will be competing in the 2008 All Star Challenge in Shawno Wisconsin on May 2 and 3. Ben hopes to someday make it to the Olympics in archery and become a Engineer and Pro Basketball player. Thank you for your great product and helping us to enjoy some quality time as father and son.
