New for 2009 Parker Compound Bows introduces the BlackHawk EZ Draw.

After the most exciting launch in Parker Compound bows history of the BlackHawk XP bow, the Engineers at Parker have introduced another great offering in the BlackHawk series of bows. By popular demand, the BlackHawk is now available with the silky smooth and forgiving EZ-Draw cam system.

Still, at a mere 3.85 pounds of mass weight, and ultra light feel of the EZ-Draw BlackHawk bow makes it easy to handle and shoot. The machined aluminum riser features Parker’s new Quad–Vent riser design. This new concept removes material out of the riser by machining vents in both planes of the riser, front and back. Not only does it make it light, it stiffens the riser in key locations. Combined with Parker’s Extreme Parallel (XP) Limbs any residual vibration gets transferred much faster to the six Sims limb savers imbedded in the riser and limbs virtually eliminating perceived hand shock.

Parker’s EZ-Draw Cam is smooth and efficient, sending arrows down range like maverick missiles at an impressive 285 feet per second (IBO). It does it with 80% let-off and a compact axle to axle dimension of only 32 inches, and a generous 7 3/8” brace height. That is more than just fast, when you consider the cam is so well designed you feel like your bow is a full 10 pounds lighter in draw weight using the EZ-Draw Cam.

The addition of a new tunable string suppressor system, and Sims string leeches, dampens noise and string oscillation on contact, eliminating any noise from the string for a quiet and deadly release.

Vented limb pockets and a vented broadhead shelf add to the BlackHawk’s curb appeal giving it a modern look, while complimenting the Next G-1 Camo with bronzed eccentrics it definitely is a head turner.

A two piece Parker grip and precision made Stone Mountain Dakota strings and buss cables add the finishing touch to finest bow Parker has ever engineered.
